Women-Only Intro to Trail Running in the French Pyrenees – May 2026 ($1499 EUR*)

This immersive, week-long mental strength training experience combines hands-on mindset coaching with trail running and other fun outdoor activities. Before the program begins, you’ll complete the Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) — a powerful tool that helps Coach Andrea pinpoint your unique mental challenges and growth areas. Each day includes focused mental strength sessions, followed by real-world practice during runs and team challenges. You’ll also receive tailored workbooks, worksheets, and practical tools to help you build your personal mental strength toolbox — skills you’ll use long after the week is over.

The training includes:
All of the scheduled activities
Transfer from and to Lourdes or Toulouse Airport
6 night accommodation in Sarrancolin, France
5 breakfasts and 5 lunches (trail bags)
5 ninety-minute mental strength sessions
5 guided runs in the Pyrenees 
Amazing trails and beautiful landscapes
Experiencing new cultures and making new friends
